Terms of service
The terms that matter, in the order you will meet them, who can use SalesFine, what it costs, how repayment works and what happens if something goes wrong.
Who this service is for
SalesFine is available only to businesses registered in Saudi Arabia holding a valid commercial registration. It is not a consumer product and may not be used for personal purposes.
What we provide
- A revolving credit facility up to an approved limit, usable to pay participating vendors.
- Immediate settlement to the vendor on your behalf when an order is approved.
- A repayment schedule of 30, 60 or 90 days, repaid in 2, 3 or 4 instalments, chosen by you at the time of the order.
- A digital record of every invoice, payment and instalment.
What it costs
A flat service fee on the order value, plus VAT on that fee. The full cost is shown on screen before you confirm any order. We do not charge account, subscription or early settlement fees.
Approving an order
Before any credit is drawn you are shown the order value, the fee, the VAT, the total repayable, the number of instalments, the amount of each instalment and each due date. Credit is drawn only after you confirm on that screen and authenticate. We never draw credit on your behalf.
Repayment and late payment
Instalments are collected on the due dates you agreed. You may settle early in part or in full at no cost. If a payment is missed we contact you, and the outstanding amount may be reported to SIMAH, your limit may be reduced, and the debt may be enforced under the digital promissory note you signed through Nafith. Any late-payment charge is stated in your agreement before you borrow.
Changing the terms
We may change published rates for new business. A change never applies to credit you have already drawn. Existing customers receive prior written notice in line with SAMA requirements, and may close their account without penalty if they do not accept the change.
Ending the relationship
You may stop using SalesFine at any time and close your account once outstanding balances are settled. We may suspend or close an account for suspected fraud, for a breach of the agreement, or where we are legally required to. Where we close an account we tell you why unless the law prevents us.
Regulatory status
SalesFine operates within the Saudi Central Bank Regulatory Sandbox. It is not yet a fully licensed finance company. Sandbox participation means supervised testing; it is not an endorsement of the product by the Saudi Central Bank.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall to the competent Saudi judicial authority.
