Where it is kept
Personal data is hosted inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where a service provider needs access from outside the Kingdom, we do so only under the conditions permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law and applicable SAMA rules.
How long we keep it
Records relating to a financing relationship are kept for at least ten years after the relationship ends, as required by anti-money-laundering and record-keeping rules. Marketing consents are deleted as soon as you withdraw them. Enquiry forms are deleted within twelve months if they do not lead to an account.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data we hold, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw a consent, object to marketing, request a copy in a portable format, or ask for a human review of an automated decision. Requests are free and answered within thirty days.
Use the data and consents page to make a request, or email info@salesfine.co.
