Your data and consents

Correct it, export it, withdraw a consent, or ask us to delete it and close the account. Free, and it never affects your credit limit or your pricing.

Correct your details

Update your contact details, bank account, branch list or authorised users from Account → Business profile.

Withdraw a consent

Every consent you have given is listed separately in Account → Privacy and consents, with the date you gave it and a switch to withdraw it.

Export your records

Download your full transaction, invoice and repayment history as CSV or PDF at any time, at no charge.

Close and delete

Ask us to close your account and delete your data. We delete everything we are not legally required to retain, and tell you exactly what must be kept and why.

What we can and cannot delete

We would rather tell you this up front than after you ask. When you request deletion we remove your marketing profile, uploaded documents that are no longer needed, device and analytics data, and your contact records.

We must keep, for at least ten years after the relationship ends, the records that anti-money-laundering law and SAMA record-keeping rules require. Nothing in that retained set is used for marketing or credit scoring after closure.

Outstanding balances

An account with money still owed cannot be closed until the balance is settled. You can still withdraw marketing consent, correct your details and export your data while a balance is open.

How long we take

We acknowledge within one business day and complete the request within thirty days. Requests are free, and making one never affects your credit limit or pricing.
